We, more than ever, are connected. Be it your smart phone, tablet, laptop, or desktop computer most of us have a device or two within reach at any given moment.

Even as I’m writing this, I have my phone in my hand as I stroll around my local country park, with a sleeping baby. I’m addicted and I’m sure I’m not alone. So, this week I’m committing to digital detox. Have you ever done one? Logged off for a day or two just to simply be?
